Why Homeowners Choose Our Wisconsin Roofing Contractor Team
Hail is the single most common cause of homeowners insurance claims in Wisconsin. In 2024, weather-related losses made up roughly 65 percent of every claim filed in the state. Because that is the reality here, most of what we do is storm restoration, and we have gotten good at it. As a result, we inspect for free, document everything in writing, and deal with the adjuster so that you do not have to.
- Free inspections with dated photographs and a written scope
- Insurance claim support from first call to final payment
- GAF Master Elite® Residential Contractor, so we can register enhanced manufacturer-backed warranties
- Licensed and insured in Wisconsin
- Manufacturer and workmanship warranties on every job
- We stay after the storm — most companies are only here for it

Wisconsin Had a Violent 2026 Storm Season
First, on July 17, straight-line winds knocked out power across Barron County and snapped mature trees near Elk Mound. Ten days later, an EF3 tornado with 140 mph winds cut a twelve-mile path from Appleton through Menasha, grapefruit-size hail fell near Gresham, and more than 130,000 customers lost power. Then on August 18, another line produced 70 to 80 mph winds across the southeast. Our July 17 storm recap and our Wisconsin hail claim guide cover what to do next.
Before You File a Claim
Before anything else, understand that two policy details decide most of your out-of-pocket cost. First, check whether your roof surfacing is covered at replacement cost or actual cash value, since actual cash value subtracts depreciation. Second, look for a separate wind and hail deductible, because those are easy to miss. Also be aware that Wisconsin has no statute guaranteeing your insurer will pay to match discontinued shingles — that depends on your policy wording. We will read your declarations page with you before you file.

For a plain-language explanation of how your policy handles roof claims, the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance publishes a free Consumer Guide to Homeowners Insurance. In addition, the National Weather Service summary of the July 27 storms documents exactly where the worst damage landed. Therefore, if either applies to your address, call us and we will take a look.
