For this project, GAF Timberline ArmorShield II asphalt shingles were installed, giving the home a durable and attractive roofing upgrade. The scope also included ice and water shield, synthetic felt, drip edge where needed, roof venting, valley metal, bath broans, pipe boots, starter shingles, hip and ridge cap shingles, and all materials required to complete the installation to code and manufacturer specifications.
This roof replacement was completed as a full roofing system, including labor, material, installation, permit, and dumpster service.
