Clearwater, Minnesota – Standing Seam Metal Roof & Exterior Upgrade
This Clearwater project came from a referral and involved a full exterior transformation of the home. We installed a standing seam metal roof on the main house, along with new gutters, downspouts, siding, roof vents, ice and water barriers, and drip edge to ensure long-term durability and protection.
In addition, we shingled the detached boathouse to tie the entire property together. The result is a clean, cohesive exterior built to handle Minnesota weather while giving the home a major upgrade in both performance and appearance.
